How do I find my IMEI or SIM ICCID?

TAG Mobile support may ask for your IMEI or ICCID when helping with activation, BYOD compatibility, SIM issues, replacement requests, or lost/stolen device support.

What is an IMEI?

The IMEI identifies your phone or device. You can usually find it by dialing *#06#, or by checking your device settings.

• iPhone: Settings > General > About
• Android: Settings > About phone or About device > Status

What is an ICCID?

The ICCID is the SIM card serial number. It may appear in your phone settings, on the SIM card packaging, or on the physical SIM card.

• iPhone: Settings > General > About > ICCID
• Android: Settings > About phone > SIM Status or SIM Card Status

Enter these numbers carefully if support asks for them. A wrong IMEI or ICCID can delay activation or troubleshooting.
