Android Instructions

In case you remove the SIM of TAG Mobile and switch to another phone model, you need to set the APN to be able to receive the connection. Please set the APN according to the following instructions.

  • On the device, go to the Menu
  • Select Settings
  • Select Wireless & Networks (or Wireless Controls)
  • Select Mobile Networks
  • Select Access Point Name


  • To add a new APN: Tap the "+" icon or "Add" button (it might be in the top right corner, sometimes under a three-dot menu). This is generally recommended to avoid issues with default settings. Then enter the following information below.
    • Name: TAG Mobile
    • APN: ereseller
    • Proxy: Not Set
    • Port: Not Set
    • Username: Not Set
    • Password: Not Set
    • Server: Not Set
    • MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net
    • MMS Proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net
    • MMS: 80
    • MCC: 310
    • MNC: 280
    • Authentication Type: None
    • APN Type: default,supl,mms
    • APN Protocol: IPv4/IPv6
    • Bearer: Unspecified
  • Click “Save” button or find it in the three-dot menu at the top right corner.
  • Once saved, go back to the list of APN profiles. Tap the circle or radio button next to the newly created APN to select it and make it active.
  • Return to the Home Screen
  • Toggle Airplane Mode On/Off
