You will also be required to provide proof of your qualifying benefit program or if you are applying by income, verification of your income is needed as well. How is the FCC involved?

As part of the U.S. Government's Covid-19 Relief efforts, approved companies can offer the Affordable Connectivity Program which is operated by the Federal Communications Commission. Qualifying customers will receive Unlimited Data for the duration of this program, which is a non-transferable discount program limited to one per household.
