What should I do about spam text messages?

If you receive spam or suspicious text messages, do not reply, click links, or share personal information. Spam texts may try to steal passwords, verification codes, payment details, or account information.

How to handle suspicious texts

  • Do not click links from unknown senders.
  • Do not share one-time codes, passwords, Social Security numbers, or payment information by text.
  • Block the sender from your phone if the message is unwanted.
  • Delete the message after saving any information you may need for reporting.

If the message claims to be from TAG Mobile

If a text message looks suspicious or asks for sensitive information, contact TAG Mobile support through an official channel before taking action. Support can help confirm whether the message is legitimate.

If your account may be affected

Contact TAG Mobile support right away if you clicked a suspicious link, shared account information, or notice unexpected changes to your service.

TAG Mobile will never ask you to share sensitive account or payment information through an unofficial link.
