How do I set up my TAG Mobile account?
To set up your TAG Mobile account, simply activate your plan online or in the free TAG Mobile app.
Once your plan is activated, you’ll be able to set up your account, manage your plan, check your balance, purchase data add-ons and more.
May I temporarily pause my account?
Unfortunately, to keep our costs low and provide our customers with consistent service, we can’t pause accounts.

Help! I lost my phone and I have 2-Factor authentication turned on!
If you lose your phone and no longer have access to the third-party app you’ve been using to get your security codes, please visit the third-party app’s help section on a laptop or other computer.
They’ll be able to restore access to the security codes you need to get into your account like “open sesame.”
We recommend using Authy and Google Authenticator. For newer Apple devices, two-factor authentication can be set up using your device settings.
