Can I bring my own phone or device?
Yes, if your device is compatible.
With our Bring Your Own Phone (BYOP) program, you can easily get TAG Mobile on your current device. Just switch out the SIM card and presto!
Compatible BYOP devices include:
– Most unlocked, GSM-network phones
– Unlocked AT&T, T-Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Simple Mobile, and Straight Talk phones
– Most phones with a SIM card
If your current phone is locked, check with your provider to see about options to unlock it.

Should I cancel my existing service before I transfer my number to TAG Mobile?
No! Please don’t cancel your existing service because you may lose access to your phone number. Even though it seems like your phone number is “yours”, in reality your service must be active with your original carrier for them to be able to release your number to TAG Mobile.
Can I return my phone after I purchase it?
Great question! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please check out our return policy Here.
Can I use an TAG Mobile plan on my smartwatch?
Unfortunately, TAG Mobile plans do not support smartwatches right now.
If I want to use my own phone, how do I know if it is unlocked?
If your phone is GSM and accepts a SIM card, then your phone is most likely unlocked. If you want to double-check, try contacting your current carrier to check if your phone is unlocked.
How do I install a SIM Card?
Installing your SIM Card depends on your device’s make and model. All of our plans come with a 3-in-1 SIM card that includes mini, micro and nano sizes to fit your phone.
Just punch the size that will fit your phone and use the handy sim ejector tool that we gave you to pop out the SIM tray. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
