What should I do if my service was disconnected for non-usage?
IN THIS ARTICLE
Lifeline rules require customers with free Lifeline-supported service to use the service regularly. If there is no usage for an extended period, TAG Mobile may send non-usage notices and service may eventually be disconnected.
What counts as usage?
Usage can include making a call, sending a text, using mobile data, or responding to a required notice when TAG Mobile asks you to confirm that you want to keep service.
Why non-usage happens
- The phone was not activated or not turned on.
- The device had a service, SIM, shipment, or warranty issue.
- The customer stopped using the line or switched providers.
- Important notice messages were missed.
What to do
If your service was disconnected or you received a non-usage notice, contact TAG Mobile support as soon as possible to review your account status and available options.
