What does SOS or Emergency Calls Only mean on my phone?

If your phone shows SOS, Emergency Calls Only, or no signal bars, it may not be fully connected to the mobile network. This can happen because of coverage, activation, SIM, account status, or device settings.

Try these steps

Move to another location with stronger coverage.
Turn Airplane Mode on for 10 seconds, then turn it off.
Restart your phone.
Remove and reinsert the SIM card if you use a physical SIM.
Confirm your TAG Mobile account is active and your activation is complete.

If you are in a weak coverage area

If your device supports Wi-Fi Calling, turning it on may help you make and receive calls over Wi-Fi when cellular coverage is limited.

If the issue continues

Contact TAG Mobile support with your phone model, SIM ICCID, IMEI, and the exact message on the screen.
