If your application is still pending

If your application is still pending, TAG Mobile may still be reviewing your eligibility, identity, address, or proof documents. Check your email and text messages for any request from TAG Mobile, and respond as soon as possible to avoid delays.

If your application has been pending for more than 30 days, contact support to review the next step. In some cases, you may need to let the old application expire and submit a new application with updated information.
