How do I activate my new TAG Mobile phone or SIM?

Follow the activation steps included with your device, or activate online through your TAG Mobile account. After activating, toggle Airplane Mode off and on to connect to the network.

Step-by-step activation

• Power on your device and insert the SIM (or select eSIM)
• Go to the TAG Mobile activation page or app and enter your account details
• Wait for the activation confirmation
• Toggle Airplane Mode off and on to register on the network

If activation doesn’t complete

Restart your phone, make sure you’re in a coverage area, and allow up to 24 hours. If it still isn’t working, contact TAG Mobile support.
