Who can participate in the referral program?
Eligible TAG Mobile customers with an active account in good standing can refer new customers. TAG Mobile verifies eligibility and may deny rewards for suspected fraud, misuse, or policy violations.
How do I refer a friend?
Enter your Enrollment ID or TAG Mobile phone number to get your referral link or QR code. Share that link with a friend so they can visit official TAG Mobile pages and complete their own activity.
What does my friend need to do?
Your friend must be a new customer, use your referral link or QR code to visit official TAG Mobile pages, submit their own information, and have qualified activity approved after TAG Mobile review.
How much can I earn?
You can earn up to $25 for California or Tribal Lands qualified activity and up to $10 for qualified activity from other states. Reward amounts depend on service location, qualified activity, and quality and compliance review.
When will rewards be credited?
Initial rewards are credited after qualified activity is approved after review. Final rewards are reviewed after the referred customer stays active through the end of the month, usually during the 10th-15th of the following month.
Why might a referral not count?
A referral may not count if the person does not use your link or QR code, is not a new customer, transfers away before the monthly review, or the activity does not pass quality and compliance review.
How do I redeem my reward?
Available rewards can be redeemed for e-gift cards through your TAG Mobile account portal. Rewards are non-transferable and must be redeemed before they expire.
Do referral rewards expire?
Yes. Rewards expire 6 months after the Earn Month at 11:59 PM Central Time on the last day of the 6th month.
