What to do immediately

  • Contact TAG Mobile support to suspend service and protect your account
  • If your phone was stolen, consider filing a police report
  • Change passwords for accounts linked to the phone

Replacing your phone

Ask support about replacement options, or bring your own compatible, unlocked device and activate a new SIM or eSIM. Your existing number can be transferred to the new phone.
