How do I fix mobile data that isn’t working (APN settings)?

Set your APN to ereseller, save the values below, then toggle Airplane Mode off and on.

TAG Mobile APN settings

  • Name: TAG Mobile
  • APN: ereseller
  • MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net
  • MMS Proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net
  • MMS Port: 80

Where to enter them

On Android: Settings → Mobile networks → Access Point Names → add a new APN. On iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data Network. Only change APN settings when instructed, as incorrect values can break cellular data. After saving, toggle Airplane Mode off and on.

Data still not working? Restart your phone or contact TAG Mobile support.
