If you determine that TAG Mobile device isn't suitable for your needs, you have a seven-day window to return your purchase and receive a complete refund.

Please note that our Return Policy only applies to prepaid devices. Refunds or returns are not available for devices obtained through The Government Assistant Program unless TAG Mobile fails to fulfill its service obligations.
