The status tells you whether payment still needs to be completed, failed, or was successfully processed.<\/p>\n<h2>Common payment statuses<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Unpaid:<\/strong> The order was created, but payment has not been completed yet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Failed:<\/strong> A payment was attempted, but it did not go through. This can happen because of a declined card, incorrect billing information, insufficient funds, or a payment processing issue.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Completed:<\/strong> Payment was successful and the transaction was recorded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>If your payment failed<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Check that your card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing ZIP code are correct.<\/li>\n<li>Try another major credit or debit card.<\/li>\n<li>Contact your bank if the payment was declined.<\/li>\n<li>Contact TAG Mobile support if the issue continues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>If your order is unpaid<\/h2>\n<p>You may need to return to your TAG Mobile account or app and complete payment before the order can move forward.<\/p>\n<p><em>Your free Lifeline service does not require a monthly payment.
