If your address is marked as duplicate, it means another Lifeline application or active Lifeline account may already be connected to the same address.<\/p>\n<h2>Why this happens<\/h2>\n<p>A duplicate address review can happen when another applicant or active customer uses the same home address. It can also happen when the address is shared by separate households, such as roommates, shelters, transitional housing, or other shared living situations.<\/p>\n<h2>If you live at the same address<\/h2>\n<p>If you live at the same address but are part of a separate household, you may be asked to complete a Household Worksheet. This helps confirm that you do not share income and expenses with the other Lifeline recipient at the address.<\/p>\n<h2>If your address is different<\/h2>\n<p>If the duplicate address does not match where you currently live, update your address information before continuing.
